This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies CoreOps Solutions uses on coreops-hq.com and its partner sub-domains, and why.

1. What cookies we use

We use strictly necessary cookies only. We do not use advertising, tracking or third-party analytics cookies.

• Authentication cookies (sb-*-auth-token): issued when you sign in to the contractor, partner or administration cabinet. They keep you signed in and are rotated automatically. Lifetime: session, refreshed while you remain active.
• Security and verification cookies: short-lived values used to complete sign-in links and identity-verification redirects securely (for example a PKCE code verifier). Lifetime: minutes.
• Preference storage: a browser local-storage entry that remembers you have acknowledged this notice. It contains no personal data.

2. Third parties

During identity verification you are redirected to our verification provider, Didit, whose own cookie and privacy terms apply on its domain. No third-party cookies are set on CoreOps domains.

3. Managing cookies

Because the cookies we use are strictly necessary, the Platform will not function without them. You can delete cookies at any time through your browser settings; doing so will sign you out.
