General Website Terms

These General Website Terms ("Terms") govern access to and use of coreops-hq.com and its sub-domains (the "Site") operated by CoreOps Solutions ("CoreOps"). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. Use of the contractor cabinet, partner cabinet and workspace services is additionally governed by the Platform Terms accepted during onboarding and, for contractors, by the Terms of Service of the partner network that invited you.

1. No public registration

The Platform is available by invitation only. Accounts are created solely through onboarding links issued by approved partner networks or by CoreOps. Any attempt to create an account by other means, to use another person's invitation, or to submit another person's identity documents is prohibited.

2. Acceptable use

  • You must provide accurate information during onboarding and keep it current.
  • You must not interfere with the Site, attempt to access data of other users or partner networks, or probe its security.
  • You must not use workspace gateways for unlawful purposes or in breach of the terms of the client networks you access.

3. Identity verification and records

Onboarding requires identity verification by a third-party provider and acceptance of applicable terms. You acknowledge that CoreOps records the outcome of verification, your attestations and the time, IP address and user agent of your acceptance, and that these records may be shared with the partner network that invited you and with competent authorities where required by law.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, its content, logos and software are owned by CoreOps or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Site for its intended purpose.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law CoreOps disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from the use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at CoreOps' registered seat, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your place of residence.
